WHY?
We all have family and friends who have failed to receive the Good News of the Gospel.
The unsaved will be 'left behind' on earth to go through the "tribulation period" after the "Rapture". You remember how, for a short time, after (9/11/01) people were open to spiritual things and answers. (We are still singing "God Bless America" at baseballs' seventh inning stretch.) Imagine how taken back they will be by the millions of missing Christians and devastation at the rapture. They will know it was true and that they have blown it. There will be a small window of time where they might be reached for the Kingdom of God. We have made it possible for you to send them a letter of love and a plea to receive Christ one last time. You can also send information based on scripture as to what will happen next. Each fulfilled prophecy will cause your letter and plea to be remembered and a decision to be made.
"WHY" is one last chance to bring them to Christ and snatch them from the flames!
This second chance-ism is has been turned into a money maker. So if you really believe this nonsense of emailing your friends and family after the rapture, just send me your money. I will be more than happy to take it.
I must confess the website looks pretty cool.

C'mon, Howard. To be a Dispensationalist is not to be a shallow, pop-Christianity idiot.
There are many of us Dispies who have not bowed the knee to Baal...
It's just like I've said for years now..."The Rapture: Purgatory for Protestants."
I must respond to Ed's comment because it is true I was not being fair. If I were a in a parallel universe and a writer for a Saturday Night Live show that favored Christianity, I would have written a skit that involved a made up website like this one.
I realize that Dispensational scholarship looks at The Late Great Planet Earth and wonders "WHY?". But is there really a reason to say that these guys who made this website are not being creative in ways to "share" the Gospel?
In a day when Dave Hunt can say that someone is a heretic for not believing in Pre-Trib rapture, in a day when the Gospel is a commodity to sell, this kind of thing isn't that far out.
IMO, Dispensational scholars need to start writing more popular works that would keep this kind of nonsense from gaining any ground (including the Left Behind Series). But I don't think they can, which I why I don't think they will. If Armegeddon, Oil and the Middle East Crisis can be recycled over and over again by Walvoord (it is my understanding he is one of the scholars), then I think my point stands.
I was recently listening to Kim Riddlebarger discuss why Reformed people don't have Eschatology Conferences or End of the World Conferences. Basically they would be great, but they would be boring to those who are in to news paper theology.
God Bless
