Liberals, Judges and Losers

On the Four O' Clock news/commentary 1310AM, ABC News decided to report their commentary on Arlen Specter's claim that the judicial nominee problem is the result of both parties. The commentor thought that both parties should nominate judges that are "middle of the road."

The commentor then went on to explain how the democrats have been blocking Bush's nominations. Then he tried to say that the republicans also tried to block Clinton's nominations as well, two Hispanic Americans. The commentor warned that republicans might be in the minority some day, therefore they should allow liberal judges to be nominated too (judges they think are moderate).

Let's get back to reality here. The Democrats are losers. Only the losers could say such ridiculous things. Why in the world should the President nominate Supreme Court Justices who differ from his view. Did Thomas Jefferson do that when he sought to reshape the Federalist Court that Adams formed?

Liberals have had their day in court for far too long. Judicial activism is the tool by which Leftists are bringing this coutry to their political viewpoint. If they can't get their ideas recognized in the public sphere, if they can't get legislators to pass their legislation, then take it to court. Get your judges appointed and take your case before him or her. Therefore they don't need the Constitution or any other "normal means" of making laws.

Bush is President. Therefore Bush should be allowed to appoint his judges. When Hilary is President, she may appoint her judges. Untill then, LOSERS SHUTUP.
