What's the point of this? Is there someone who is unaware of how awful and graphic abortion is?
Doesn't change the realities that the right avoids. Heck, I even went to his suggested links, and was most amused to see links to the questions I posed you previously, and they linked to incomplete pages. Because you / they don't care. It's so sad, too... women who have abortions are these sinful murderers, but let one speak out against abortion and the right lifts them up on a pedestal. Because they don't honestly see the woman as a murderer-- or even a victim. Just a cause.
Heck, if you had a son that killed someone, I bet you'd want him to turn himself into the police. If you had a daughter that had an abortion, would you do the same?

This question shows your underlying emotions and assumptions that go into your other questions. The question is not what I would do, but what I ought to do. Of course I would not want to see my daughter commit murder. Of course I would want to protect my daughter from the result of her actions. So what?
As for your other questions, the problem is the emotional factor that goes into answering them. As I said earlier, any thing done consistent with a sound prolife position would be seen by you as going backwards in women's rights and the definition of family.
So there really is no answer for people such as yourself.
As for holding a gun to an abortionist's head, there is an obvious difference between that and a girl that has been pressured by the culture to kill er child. The difference is motive. Therefore, every case must be judged on its own merits.
As for the other questions such as finances, they really become excuses in a hedonistic/narcissistic culture. There are answers. Just not ones you like.
